Quotes
A quote is based on what you have told us about the property. If the job turns out to be materially different once we see it, we will tell you before starting rather than after finishing.
Scheduling
Installations are weather-dependent. We will not put a crew on a roof in unsafe conditions, so dates can move. We will always tell you as soon as we know.
Lights and equipment
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the lights we install remain ours. They are included in the service, we maintain them during the season, and we remove and store them afterwards.
During the season
If something we installed stops working, tell us and we will come and fix it at no extra charge. Damage caused by storms, animals, or other people is assessed case by case.
