“After about 30 years of doing my own lighting display this is the first time that I had contracted with a "dedicated" holiday lighting company. North Pole Christmas lights knocked it out of the park! They were the first, and only, company from whom I solicited a display plan and a quote. I first met with Ethan and I immediately sensed his professionalism, organization, customer service skills and diligence; I dare say that the clean and organized state of his truck and trailer were my first clue. Suffice it to say that he and his partner Tyler were diligent, professional, courteous responsive and were reassuring/specific about their process. The lighting, maintenance and takedown were as seamless and accurate as stated/expected. They were responsive to correspondence. These two guys did a magnificent job with the install and which took as long as it took them; it was not a small job. They didn't just randomly, unevenly or asymmetrically string the lights, they worked for as long as it took to complete it in one visit that they were late in moving on to their next job that evening. It was the first year ever where the lights never failed despite rain, snow and heavy winds. It was a 100% stress free holiday lighting season due to Ethan's and Tyler's work ethic and customer service. Someone had actually asked me if it was worth the price...it was absolutely worth it because while price is one thing "cost" is quite another, and it "cost" me nothing. Everything below is something we actually do on every job, not a list of promises.
You see it before we hang it
We build a 3D model on a photo of your actual roof, so you are approving a picture of your house rather than a description. Changes are free at that stage.
The lights are ours, not yours
We supply commercial-grade lights, cut and fitted to your roofline. If a strand fails mid-season we come out and fix it at no extra charge. You are not buying boxes you have to store.
It all comes down again
After the season we take everything down, label it and store it until next year. Clips, never staples or nails, so nothing is left behind on your roof or gutters.

Installation, maintenance and takedown of Christmas lights and decorations. That covers the house line, 3D house design, bushes, shrubs and trees.
We supply commercial-grade lights and decorations. We do not install lights provided by the customer, except by special request.
Installs start at $1,000. Past that it depends on the size of the property, the complexity of the design and the type of lights. Estimates are free. As a rule of thumb, budget at least 50% of your square footage: a 3,000 square foot house works out around $1,500 for a good display.
Book early, ideally by October or the start of November, while dates are still open. The season fills up fast. If we install in the fall you do not have to switch anything on until you are ready.
Most installs take two to three hours. You do not need to be home while we work, and you do not need to be home for the takedown either.
Yes. If anything goes wrong during the season, including bulb replacements and troubleshooting, text, call or email us and we will sort it out as soon as we can.
Yes. We use LED throughout, which lasts longer than incandescent and cuts the electricity cost of running your display by up to 80%.
Usually early January. We let you know when your takedown is scheduled, and you do not need to be home for it. If you would rather keep them up a little longer, tell us and we will move you later in the season.
